Where: Truckee High School
When: From Friday, July 26th at 10am to Sunday, July 28th at 5pm

Have a knack for finding the good stuff? Check out the 39th Annual Antique Show at the Truckee High School this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You never know; maybe you will find that hidden gem worth your retirement...      

Reason to go: Over 1,000 pieces from over 50 venders (nine different states) will be for sale at this year's antique show. 
Reason not to go: Reno band, Mojo Green, gets down in Kings Beach; 6pm - Friday Music on the Beach

Saturday, July 27th

Best Way to See What All the Hype is About
What: Summer Concert on the Green - Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers
Where: Tahoe Donner Driving Range
When: Saturday, July 27th; doors open at 3pm, concert starts at 4pm

Jelly Bread, the Buddy Emmer Blues Band, and Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers will all be in Tahoe Donner this Saturday for their Summer Concert on the Green. The concert will take place in a beautiful, open outdoor setting. Guests are welcome to bring blankets and low-back chairs. Tickets are on sale at www.tahoedonner.com/shop or can be purchased at the event for $40. Beer, wine, snacks, and Famous Daves barbecue will also be for sale at the concert.

Reason to go: Because it is the ONLY Tahoe Donner Summer Concert on the Green. Don't miss out!    
Reason no to go: The Village at Northstar Wine Walks; 3pm-6pm - Live music and a variety of wine and food sampling stations throughout the village. 

Sunday, July , 28th

Best Reason to Spend the Afternoon in Squaw  
What: Squaw Valley Fine Arts & Crafts Festival
Where: The Village at Squaw Valley
When: Sunday, July 28th; 10am-5pm

The annual Squaw Valley Fine Arts and Crafts Festival is back this Saturday and Sunday. Paintings, photographs, jewelry, ceramics, and other fine arts will be presented buy some of California's most talented artists.     

Reason to go: You're looking for a little extra pizzazz for your room, but don't want it to look like a Pier 1 catalog.  
Reason no to go: You know how you get around handmade jewelry, so your headed to the free Natalie Gelman concert in the Village at Northstar; 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Friday, Saturdy, and Sunday 

What: Guitarfish Musical Festival
Where: Cisco Grove, CA
When : Friday, July 26th; 10am to Monday, July 29th; 10am

The Guitarfish music festival is a three day family, community, arts & music festival that originated to raise awareness of overfishing and pollution of the ocean and to help preserve our fresh waters, rivers, and streams. The event is family friendly and kids under 12 get in free. You can purchase your tickets at the event only. 

Reason to go: Close to 30 different bands, kids activities and stages, camping, venders, and all sorts of outdoor activities.
Reason not to go: There are plenty of events in North Lake/Truckee this weekend, so you don't feel like leaving.
